How long does it take to receive my order?

Whilst we endeavour to complete your order as quickly as possible and often turnaround in 1-3 working days, as a rule of thumb, from time of order there is a handling time of up to 10 working days and then from time of dispatch, postage time will depend on where the order is being shipped to. All items dispatched from us will carry tracking information that will be emailed to the address provided during checkout so that you can follow its journey!

Estimated times for delivery are:

NSW - 2-5 working days QLD - 3-7 working days VIC - 3-7 working days
ACT - 2-5 working days SA - 4-10 working days WA - 4-10 working days
NT - 4-10 working days TAS - 4-10 working days  

For all furniture items, if ordered between 12pm Friday & 12pm Tuesday, orders will ship or be ready for collection after 12pm on Wednesdays. If ordered between 12pm Tuesdays & 12pm Friday, orders will ship or be ready for collection after 12pm on Monday. You will be sent an email on its arrival to our warehouse to confirm it has been shipped or it is ready for collection. 

 

Can I view the item before I buy?

Some items are available for viewing in our store. Call us on 1300 781 229 if you wish to view an item and we will help you in any way we can. We are located approximately 45 minutes South-West of the Sydney CBD in Smeaton Grange, NSW. 

 

How will I know if your trampoline spare parts will fit my Trampoline?

We sell & supply Action Sports products. If your Trampoline is an Action brand model, then our parts will definitely fit provided you purchase the right part. For non-Action brands, use our 'HOW TO: ENSURING THE RIGHT SPARE PART FOR YOUR TRAMPOLINE' guide to see if your trampoline part sizes will match what we provide. The guide provides a breakdown of parts and how to measure for each to ensure the correct replacement. Be sure to double check before you purchase to prevent incorrect parts or to avoid incurring postage return cost fees.

Many parts are compatible in the market, however there can still be variations depending on design structure of the Trampoline. Measuring your trampoline is the best way to determine compatibility of parts. Feel free to call us on 1300 781 229 for any further assistance.
